  1. Hi Diane! (waving) I’m headed to checkout that other site :)

@Aunt Aberta…well, he shouldn’t be too surprised. He did know I was peeling off all the old republican stickers off my van, replacing them with a “keep austin weird” sticker. But no, I haven’t told him directly…I figured he could read it on my blog or hear it from you or JoJo…since those seem to be some of the best methods of communication ;)

Give the girls in Houston a great big hug for me…and tell your bro to get himself up to Austin soooooon! The pinball machines should be back today!

  2. I got a 93% match for Mike Gravel, whose level of support is so low they don’t even let him in the debates at this point. I have to say, though, that I absolutely loved the one commercial of his that I saw. I never saw such a surreal political commercial. It really appealed to my sense of the absurd, presidential politics as dadaist art project.

I think I’ll still vote for John Edwards when the circus comes to New Jersey in a few weeks….

  3. In my Quiz Obama and Richardson comes top with the same percentage of 68. The second also shared by two persons Hillary and Biden with just one percentage less than a toppers. But Its just a survey, not my personal opinion, actually the survey varied from my personal opinion…

  4. If I could vote it would be Edwards and not surprisingly that is who I ended up with on the poll. However, as I can’t vote despite the fact we pay a buck load of taxes, I will just hope you Americans pick a good candidate and not a loon like Ron Paul. In his favour, he reminds of Sir Mckellen, one of my all time favourite actors but then he is dotty too:)

  5. Hmmmm, Max. interesting perspective. I think that the concept of basing your vote on the issues and how the candidates align to your beliefs…is….refreshingly authentic and thought provoking.
